Food and gratitude

You Food is a big part of our lives. For most we eat three times a day. Food also brings up memories. When we first ate something to who we ate it with. In modern times, we are in a hurry and basically are not mindful of what we eat. Besides being mindful, for many we are less grateful for what we eat.

Quick way to be more grateful to the food we eat: focus on your breath for a few seconds prior to eating and think of at least three things to be grateful for that food item.
