 Gratitude Journaling 101

1. Choose a time and place. Could be anytime, but when waking or before going to bed are common times.

2. Write down 3-5 things or people you’re grateful for.

3. Write down why you grateful for each person or thing. 

4. At the end, say “thank you” for each thing on your list.

5. Repeat daily.
