Gratitude in a busy day
In a busy day, practicing gratitude might be difficult for most of us. Here are some ways to remind us to take a second and focus on gratitude:
1. Use technology as a tool. Setting an alarm on your phone as a reminder. Another way is using a gratitude app or journal.
2. Have affirmations of gratitude around the house using sticky notes.
3. Giving thanks when waking up, during meals, and before sleep.
