Do you use a gratitude jar in your gratitude practice?
Have you heard of a gratitude jar? It has been a method I have
been incorporating in my gratitude practice. It’s a physical container that collects
notes of gratitude along with the date written that I put in every day. Over
time, the jar becomes full and this is the time of reflection to revisit the
feelings of gratitude.
Getting started: you can make a gratitude jar or purchase a pre-decorated Gratitude Jar. Making one consist of a container. This could be a small box or a glass
jar with a lid. The size of the container will need to be big enough to keep
small gratitude notes daily. Next, I like to decorate the container. Lastly,
keep it in a place that you see every day to help make this a habit.
I hope you enjoy this method of creating a gratitude jar and
helping with your gratitude practice.
