Doing affirmations the right way?

There is no right or wrong way of saying affirmations. I learned the best technique is when it's done consistently. 

For me, I like to say three affirmations a day, two times a day. I say them in the morning when I get up and at night right before bed. Repetition and consistency is key.

Another tool I use is visualization. Forming a picture for each affirmation helps me believe in them more. 

Belief is key for affirmations. People say affirmations all the time and don't believe in them. It becomes just words. When emotions are applied, the body feels its true.
