Gratitude Journal or Phone???
Many people say use a pen and paper to write what you are grateful for. This might be the best method, but how many people carry pen and paper with them? The most convenient way in 2020 is with our phones.
There are many apps out there that you can type anything. Many that are already included on the phones. Plus, we go everywhere with our phones.
For me, I tested both methods. I learned that I was not consistent with using paper and pen. In a trial, I used a gratitude journal. I was able to do so for 3 days straight. In another trial involving my phone, I have been consistently typing my gratitude list for a month. Plus, it is easier for me to come back to the list to read it when I am not home.
In conclusion, the best approach for me was based on availability, which was my phone. I was able to check my list and be grateful more throughout the day. What method do you use and why? Comment below.
